Lips have more nerve endings, so they can feel more sensitive than brows. However, with professional numbing applied before and throughout the service, the vast majority of clients say it's completely manageable. The result is absolutely worth it.

We use painless saline removal — a gentle method that is much more comfortable than laser. Most clients describe mild warmth and pressure. Sessions are only 30 minutes, and the process is especially kind to sensitive facial areas like brows, eyeliner, and lips.

Days 1–3: Brows appear darker and slightly raised — this is normal. Days 3–7: Light flaking and color softening begins. Days 7–14: Color continues to settle and soften. By week 2–3 you see your true result. Your 8-week perfecting session is included to refine shape and add density where needed.

For the first 7–14 days: avoid swimming, saunas, heavy sweating, direct sun exposure, picking or scratching, and applying makeup directly on the area. Detailed written aftercare instructions and your kit are provided at every appointment.

SMP requires very minimal downtime. The pigment appears slightly darker for the first few days and softens between sessions. Keep the area moisturized and out of direct sun. Full SMP involves 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart — each session builds on the last for natural depth.

Mild redness and light flaking for 1–3 days is normal after plasma services. Skin continues to improve for 4–6 weeks as natural renewal kicks in. Avoid sun exposure, retinol, and exfoliants for at least 5 days. We provide daily aftercare support and in-person follow-ups at 1 and 4 weeks.

These services have virtually zero downtime — you can go straight back to your day. For body sculpting, staying hydrated and avoiding heavy meals before your visit helps maximize results. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose clothing. For BB Glow, avoid retinol for 3 days before your visit.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from your service total — it's not an extra fee. Deposits are non-refundable but 100% transferable if you need to reschedule. Deposit amounts vary by service:

We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance for permanent makeup services, as spots fill quickly (only 8–12 brow clients per month at each location). For body sculpting and BB Glow, 1–2 weeks is usually fine. Members receive priority access before public booking opens.

We ask for at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Your deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand life happens — just reach out as early as possible.

We ask that clients who are pregnant or nursing wait until after — this applies to all permanent makeup (brows, liner, lips) and plasma services. For body sculpting and some BB Glow options, there may be alternatives — reach out and we'll talk through your specific situation.

Oily skin can affect how microblading heals and how long it lasts — hairstrokes can soften more quickly. We often recommend nano hairstrokes or ombré/combo brows for oily skin types, as machine techniques hold better. We'll assess your skin at your visit and recommend the right approach for you.

Absolutely — this is one of our most requested services. Lip neutralization corrects dark, purple, or uneven tones and creates a beautiful warm base. We can do neutralization and color on the same day, or separate visits depending on the depth of correction needed. The results are stunning.

Yes — corrections and reworks are something we do regularly. For brows, we offer both full correction (complete rework) and single correction (targeted fix for one issue like shape, color, or symmetry). Eyeliner and lip corrections are also available. In some cases, removal may be recommended first — we'll advise you honestly.

Yes. We work with all 6 Fitzpatrick skin tones across every service. Our pigment matching is customized to your skin tone and undertone — there's no one-size-fits-all approach here. Eve's Korean techniques and pigment selection are specifically chosen to be inclusive and beautiful across all skin tones.

You'll need to wait at least 12 months after stopping Accutane before receiving any permanent makeup or plasma service. This is a firm guideline — Accutane affects skin sensitivity and healing in ways that can impact results significantly.

There are some situations where we'll ask you to wait or consult first — these vary by service. Nano hairstrokes use a machine for more precision — they go slightly deeper and last longer, making them better for oily skin or anyone who wants ultra-fine, hyper-realistic strokes. Eve will help you choose based on your skin type and goals.

BB Glow uses a microneedling technique to infuse a tinted serum into the upper layers of the skin — creating an even, luminous, glass-skin effect. It's not a surface product — it actually goes into the skin, which is why results last 4–6 months. Notox refers to the lifting and firming component of the service, which gives a non-surgical facelift effect. Zero needles, zero Botox, zero downtime.

All SMP packages include 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. This gradual approach is what creates natural-looking depth and density — going too dense too fast can look artificial. All 3 sessions are included in the price. A free consultation is required before your first session.

Saline removal works by introducing a saline solution into the tattooed area, which draws pigment up and out of the skin as it heals — osmosis, essentially. It's gentler than laser, works on all ink colors including white (which laser cannot remove), and is especially well-suited for permanent makeup on the face. Sessions are 30 minutes.
